And almost all surgeries are the same.
That's why I've never trusted surgery and why it costs an arm and a leg.
So buy HGH and no surgery

Just do basic surgeries that normies do that have a high success rate and wich have been done millions of times before.
Surgeries whose goal is to completely change a feature of your face will most often give a disappointing result.

I would say that hgh is cope, even if you take a high enough dosage to get facial bone growth it will look terrible and won’t fix shitty ratios

" Of 2638 people, 65% regret their surgery its not 99% That's a way of speaking. Yk
"All were initially asked about the type of surgery they had had to which the most common answers were ‘breast augmentation’ (31%) and ‘rhinoplasty’ (27%). Alongside this, the most popular cosmetic procedures included ‘liposuction’ (24%), and ‘eyelid surgery’ (16%)."
They questioned foids that don't understand what is attractive or not and have no idea what they need to correct about their appearance; they get surgeries out of imitation to look like their favorite influencers. Of course, they end up regretting it.

The question should be asked here, it would be more interesting.

I don’t even think that these foids got botched, they just did surgeries that they didn’t need and realised that they lost money.

Same for the result posted by op, the guy is an absolute retard that had too much money to spend and didn't even bother to research about the surgeries that could ascend him. He needed infras and supras or a fat graft, not this.

It all depends on the surgeon. There are also very good brow lift results.
Also, surgeries will never be a coop

Youre right except you forgot Giant Implants is unironically the only exception:

NO ONE else has ever delivered aesthetic brow ridge results.
I spent the last 5 years refining it. Who can possibly catch up? No one. :blackpill:

He got botched bc he did not come to Giant. Plain & simple.

Why didnt he get a dropdown supra
Because I invented drop down Supras 5 years ago and he didnt come to Giant. They did not exist before Giant whatsoever.

If you want things invented by Giant (which there are many) to be done properly how about come to who developed & refined it in the first place?

You cant just go to some random place and ask them to replicate it and expect it to work out :lul:

At some random surgeon yes. Not at the only service in the world focusing on only that for the last 5yrs.

Extremely impressive results through odd osteotomies and implants ARE possible, but only at Giant. Things can also go wrong too, about once or twice a year someone gets a bad outcome here. Very good statistics compared to any competition.

And there are many results available for viewing on zoom to speak to that.

99% of people gets surgery regret it

Not really.

But for facial implants the regret rate is about 50% in general. I would know because a majority of my cases are revisions from OTHER services.

For Giant the regret rate is less than 5%. I have only had 2 people take their implants out altogether. Many have come back for refinements, but they come back to me, not go somewhere else.

For the small minority that are truly unhappy - they can complain about it online for eternity. Oh well. Don't talk to me about 2 ppl complaining in 5 years of business out of hundreds of patients and thousands of individual implants. There's more to their stories anyway
(Advanced medical risks, asking for unnatural implants, mental illness that became apparent AFTER the surgery.)

At the end of the day I'm the only one to prove niche hardmax surgeries can actually work, over and over and over and over again.

Not how it works. And rhinoplasty has almost a 50% revision rate.

Thats like saying if the weatherman is wrong he should get fired immediately.

Surgery is not an exact science and if that happened, within a very short time there would be no doctors or weathermen.

Surgery is YOUR risk and whatever consequences are YOUR responsibility. You are informed about the risks and sign that the doctor cannot be held responsible if everything is done properly but things still go wrong (common) - This is the policy at EVERY surgeon in EVERY country. Brutal reality check for you.

Anything where fat/thick muscles aren't around will shine, same goes to supraorbitals.
You have no idea what you are talking about.

There is no light reflection from implants through skin and there is extremely thick soft tissue coverage in this area.

This rotational forehead flap, which takes a stalk of skin and muscle from the forehead to reconstruct the nose shows the thickness in the brow ridge region is about a CM thick.

Insane results. How important is brow ridge projection to frontal facial aesthetics in ur opinion btw? I know you talk about brow ridge straightness from front being better than curved

You know I really dont think projection is that important.

I barely think of implants as tools for augmentation anymore, they are for recontouring.

you misunderstood what I meant. I know surgery is your risk, but realistically speaking a rhino would be way easier to do than something like a bimax.

Rhinoplasty is much more complex than average people think.

Bad surgery choices combined with a bad doctor can destroy your looks yes but good surgery choices performed by a good doctor will guaranteed ascend you depending on the case

That is true but by comparison wouldn't rhino be more expensive if it was as complex as these other surgeries? I haven't really been that much into hardmaxxing but everywhere I checked rhino was a pretty cheap surgery. Correct me if im wrong.
