Getting back into gym - this time with being lean asf as the goal instead of being big.

What caloric deficit should I be running daily.

BMR = around 1.6k
Maintenance = around 2.2-2.3k

Was thinking of going with a 400 kcl daily deficit so around 1.8-1.9k calories.

Making a spreadsheet because I feel like visualizing goals is like 1000x more effective when aiming to reach them.

If you're cutting calories is below 2000 you have other problems then your diet. Are you inactive? look into jogging everymorning, picking up MMA, or just running a couple miles every other day. No one should be cutting their calories that low you will start to get nutritional defencies. just my .02. My advice is just eat your maintancen calories and start doing more cardio, when the scale starts stalling after a week then start cutting calories back .
 
Imagine counting calories and not naturally being muscular and lean CUZ I CANT LOOL
