Guys, I look like absolute shit.

Do I need to blast mk766 or should I just continue with the cut, cos I somehow look bloated and aushwitzmaxxed asf

Ive been going gym 3x a week and eating w protein diet but still look like a subhuman twink with 0 muscle mass

Just maintain gym and do exersises that lengthen clavicles(might be cope idk)
Blast 500mg a week of test and 50mg aromasin 6weeks on 8 weeks on

If you're dealing with a skinny-fat physique, focus on increasing your protein intake and aim for training sessions more than three times a week. It seems likely that you didn't adhere strictly to a three-month training regimen at least or consume at least 1-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight.

it's over... narrow clavicles with wide waist are like a death sentence

you will become a fat skeleton if u keep cutting, more gymmaxxing and foodmaxxing
