What kind of a dietunless you're on a diet, you won't get anything out of it
7 days a weekNo, you'll burnout for no reason.
Also might as well not go if 7 days is all you wanna do.
Either that or use those 7 days to prepare for a permanently healthy lifestyle![]()
7 days a week
What if i workout different parts in those 2 gym visitsYes. Your muscles need to recover. You can use my schedule it seems to be working so far
Monday: chest/arms 1 hour, core 5-10 minutes, cardio 15 minutes
Tuesday: back/shoulders 1 hour, core 5-10 minutes, cardio 15 minutes.
Wednesday legs/core 1 hour, cardio 20 minutes
Thursday full body through rowing machine 30 minutes, and whatever I feel needs working on for 20 minutes
Friday: 20-30 minutes of cardio, some calisthenics for 30.
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest
This workouts all major muscle groups along with working out cardio. It also gives me some flexibility in working out something I feel like I need to more.
I train different parts every day though how does it not workNo rest days will never work, no matter who you are or on what you are
You can do that, but I don’t really see the point in working out twice in one day, seems like you’ll burn out quick. But yeah you can do that just don’t workout every day because you won’t see any gainsWhat if i workout different parts in those 2 gym visits
dieting aka trying to lose bodyfatWhat kind of a diet
Why is working out every day bad, im not doing full bodyYou can do that, but I don’t really see the point in working out twice in one day, seems like you’ll burn out quick. But yeah you can do that just don’t workout every day because you won’t see any gains
Your muscles take a lot longer than you think to repair. Just because they’re not sore doesn’t mean the weren’t destroyed during the workoutI train different parts every day though how does it not work

OkI unironically suggest you to sit 2-3 days browsing YT regarding these things.
You'll be surprised how much and how fast you can learn stuff online nowadays.
Beginner stuff like this you won't learn it from this website. Maybe a few BotB threads but not necessarily.
I disagree with posters hereIs it bad i plan on going 7 days have nothing to do
I disagree with posters here
I think if you are natural, THE MORE YOU TRAIN, THE BETTER.
Obviously, if you cannot stand up in the morning anymore, take 1 day off. But you are supposed to FIGHT IT. And still go train.
Unfortunately though, 1 week is too little time.
I trained EVERY DAY, doing 200 push ups and 100 pull ups for 30 days straight. Injured my shoulder in the process. BUT I had insane gains for such a small period of time: around 0.5 kg of muscle... And it is not even the gym...![]()

Hey hey, don't be so brutal with me^ OP, this is typical bad advice.
Glad I have an example to give.
Hey hey, don't be so brutal with me
It helped me, and i think it works.
After all people of the past were fucking ripped, and what they did was just heavy work/training EVERY DAY![]()
