Gym advice for a begginer

Hi I wanted to create this post to hopefully have some advice on what can I improve right now I'm 18 176cm 64kg 13bf after 9 months of gym I started very skinny at 51kg and around 11 bf my waist is 70.5cm swr is 1.6 the main thing I want advice in regards of eating the protein and carbs intake Is good but calories are pretty hard to get it any suggestions what food should I try I will attach some photos for u to see my current physique maybe tell my weak points (don't mind the photo I have no tripod
