Posted my last post in wrong thread so I wanna ask here. I have been bonesmashing my muscles to cause extra muscle damage but I haven't seen results yet. Is it because I'm on wolverine stack and I have to smash harder? I'm thinking it'd making me recover too fast so I can't create optimal muscle damage
