I’m 16 6’1 190 and i need to get lean with muscle. I have a gym i have access to but it’s nothing crazy couple of machines free weights , about the size of a living room.
My diet consists mostly of whatever my mom or the school makes, but i try not to eat a lot and try to eat mostly healthy
I just need some tips for what workout splits should i do what workouts should i start with, if i need to do more cardio because my only cardio is walking through school and sometimes skateboarding.
