Why does almost everyone who started gym early, after finishing puberty have like very high bone mass and none of them are lower than mmtn/hmtn (in my country at least). Is gym the best softmaxx during puberty? I've also started gym 2 weeks ago and already starting to develop a bit of bonemass in my ramus but that can be associated with my delayed onset of puberty (barely starting to get facial lower third acne, had chest and back acne for about 6-7 months)

it's really not. you don't can bone mass from fucking gym tardcel
 
so why does this happen then

most likely just getting leaner which gives the illusion of having more bone mass

gym max in puberty is ONE of the best soft maxx behind mewing and body posture
