What is the best advice on GymMaxxing and gaining muscle? Idc about being the biggest; if I’m Meeks level lean I’d be more than happy. Trying to stay around 9-12% BF year around.

Stats:
Height: 6’2” barefoot
Weight: 220
BF%: 26


Would like to go down to 150 from fasting and then healthy bulk to 170 and start lifting. Is that a smart plan?

Fasting to 150 is a horrible idea
 
How so; search up Snake Diet on YouTube. His fasting routine is ideal
I’ll pass that sounds retarded as fuck. but if your at 220 lbs 26% body fat you’d have to lose like 25 lbs of muscle to get to 150. 175 should be the absolute lowest body weight for your height, and that’s if you’re at 12% bodyfat max
 
Staying at 9-12% body fat would be fucking hard, especially if you dont have a gifted metabolism, you're 26% bf which clearly means you're not that gifted, we need pics of your bone structure to see whats actually possible, that black dude has a small waist and wide shoulders for his build, but ofc he's small as fuck
