Personally ppl is what works best for me and its a good way to start
Each exercise should be done for 2-3 sets until complete failure and rest just enough in between sets, not too much, not too little, just until you feel well enough to do another set
Now I wont really list all the exercises you can do per workout, you can js search them up, but another tip I have for you is to alternate between different exercises for the same muscle, find what's best for you and make sure to target all your muscles every week, get a total of 10-15 sets weekly per muscle and not in just one workout. That's pretty much the basics and dont be afraid to experiment a bit to find what works best for your body, everybody is different. Gym content also helps a lot with learning new exercises, ways to train etc.

Oh and, I forgot to mention that, before you start actually training hard and going to failure, you should for at least 2 weeks go through a learning phase where you teach your body the movements of the exercises you will be doing without much intensity, to avoid any injuries caused from bad form
