Any tips on what split I should follow. i was thinking arnold ppl? Not sure though also what exercieses and how should I be training.

Oh and, I forgot to mention that, before you start actually training hard and going to failure, you should for at least 2 weeks go through a learning phase where you teach your body the movements of the exercises you will be doing without much intensity, to avoid any injuries caused from bad formPersonally ppl is what works best for me and its a good way to start
Each exercise should be done for 2-3 sets until complete failure and rest just enough in between sets, not too much, not too little, just until you feel well enough to do another set
Now I wont really list all the exercises you can do per workout, you can js search them up, but another tip I have for you is to alternate between different exercises for the same muscle, find what's best for you and make sure to target all your muscles every week, get a total of 10-15 sets weekly per muscle and not in just one workout. That's pretty much the basics and dont be afraid to experiment a bit to find what works best for your body, everybody is different. Gym content also helps a lot with learning new exercises, ways to train etc.
