i literally trained similar like OP pretty recently after believing tiktok retards like you
i made a thread even how i was literally stalling and regressing while on gear and training like this
ever since i fixed that nothing but positive

I swear my friends come train with me and we're literally the same strength or I am just slightly more cause I'm adapted to the exercises (neurological adaptations)
had the same problem i did 2 months of 12.5mg rad140 (i know not the best) with 6iu hgh then 1 month 12.5mg enclo magically started gaining weight and muscle i wouldnt recommend rad though test is way better

how do you know it wasnt his training and it was in fact his awful insulin sensitivity?
Because even if his training was completely unaligned with ‘muh science based lifting’ he’d still make decent noticeable progress within those 2 claimed years. Second insulin insensitivity hinders recovery and correct nutrient uptake thus reducing hypertrophy and potentially causing hypogonadism

but i do believe its very possible he just failed in one or more aspects of training - maybe different things at different times - for those 2 years

Ease of muscle gain is basically influenced by genetics which has some correlation with height. None of that matters though because unless your an absolute genetic outlier freakazoid it's nothing gear can't fix. Though if you kept going normally I'm sure you'd still get muscular, you're just a slow gainer from the looks of it.

Getting a god tier physique completely natty takes years, even with gear it's not going to be super fast, and it's a permanent lifestyle change to keep your physique. 1 year ain't shit, start gearing the fuck up and keep going. 4 year minimum for any real results. Start now since you aren't getting any younger.
