How about this guy? This guy looks classic gym ascension from skinny guy to guy who looks like he's been training for 3-6 years.
Assuming his head breadth has stayed the same, and assuming his bidelt before hand is 16 inches, he went from 16 to 20"
My logic is if this guy took gear he'd maybe reach my goal

Another thing you said is if you put on 25kg in lean mass. What if you focused on shoulders specifically? And tried to put alot more muscle on your shoulders than other places.
I really don't mean to be discouraging. I'm just rehearing what I've observed within myself.That's not 16-20'
2 inches at the very most. I'd suspect closer to 1-1.5.
A little goes a long way when it comes to your bideltoid.
If you did a head measurement I'd suspect the big difference being due to angles a lens distortion
I have focused on shoulders specifically. Delts are one of my strongest muscle groups
I hope you prove me wrong
