Why don't you strive for 22.5
I strive for as big as I can get.

22.5 is unrealistic though. I've only added 4cm tops so far via gymcelling and roiding

Shoulders are the most important thing to get bigger at because in a silhouette, people don't notice your abs, or your traps, or your insertions, they notice your bidelt

Ofcourse I'm not saying stuff like abs or traps or insertions are useless, that's retarded

My bidelt from the ages 16y - 22y has grown 8cm with weight going from 53kg to 78kg similar bodyfat
Of that its probably 3cm bone growth and 5cm muscle.

I unironically attribute much of the actual bone growth to mk677 at 17-18 as I was measuring my wingspan st the time

I'm hoping my realistic natty growth would be 20" [I.E. if I worked out only natty next 4 years, stuck to my diet, stuck to the gym, took it seriously, I could grow by 3.5-4"]
And since I am planning on taking test, that test could add 2.5"
I saw on a FTM forum [foids who try and become men] that their shoulder breadth goes up by 1 inch when they decide to take test [with no gym] so my logic is that if those biological woman can gain 1 inch from test with no gym, I should gain an extra 2.5 inch from test. since I am a biological male + I am going to the gym. To reach that ideal 22.5" goal rested

Thats a TON of muscle. You'll look like a different person with 20kg lean mass slapped on your frame

If you're hoping for wide shoulders from pure delt growth especially as a natty you're gonna be dissapointed

I will insert myself for context here, and this is what 5cm of delt growth looks like. This is not a transformation most people could get naturally, even though the final physique is naturally obtainable for some

Testosterone and growth hormone will give you just as much muscle growth as anything else. Just up the doses

Assuming his head breadth has stayed the same, and assuming his bidelt before hand is 16 inches, he went from 16 to 20"

A little goes a long way when it comes to your bideltoid.

If you did a head measurement I'd suspect the big difference being due to angles a lens distortion
