look at many african tribes barely any of them have noticeable muscle mass because that is how we lived, hypertrophied muscles are not a health indicator that says this person is healthy, then rich piana would be the healthiest man on earth, oh wait he died because of his lifestyle...
and yes lean is good but not hyperlean like a lot of people on org wants to be like, 10-11% bodyfat percentage is not good for you whatsoever, at 5% bodyfat (stage weight for many bodybuilders) theyre literally on survival mode and about to die, they cant even get a boner
and people at like 10% bodyfat have low energy levels and also have lower sex drive
you can be lean & toned from eating well and doing the 40-50 min week exercise that i talked about, i dont see how i contradict myself
