Gym/exercises ages you ? Is this real?

Healthy body = muscles + lean ,muscles + lean = gym

healthy body doesnt mean muscles lol. there is no correlation
atrophied muscles = unhealthy. yes. hypertrophied muscles is not a health indicator
look at many african tribes barely any of them have noticeable muscle mass because that is how we lived, hypertrophied muscles are not a health indicator that says this person is healthy, then rich piana would be the healthiest man on earth, oh wait he died because of his lifestyle...

and yes lean is good but not hyperlean like a lot of people on org wants to be like, 10-11% bodyfat percentage is not good for you whatsoever, at 5% bodyfat (stage weight for many bodybuilders) theyre literally on survival mode and about to die, they cant even get a boner
and people at like 10% bodyfat have low energy levels and also have lower sex drive

you can be lean & toned from eating well and doing the 40-50 min week exercise that i talked about, i dont see how i contradict myself
 
Any form of effort ages you, but you still need to make the minimum effort because otherwise you go to the other extreme, namely sedentarism. You can't stop aging, you can only slow it down or accelerate it through your actions

One is the gym to maintain/lose weight, and one is to gain weight

At the end of the day we are just monkeys, we are not supposed to look like gorillas, as that puts extra stress on the bones/joints/circulatory system, hence the need for more energy to be consumed, hence faster aging

Ideally, we would be as skinny-fit as possible, so that we weigh as little as possible, so that we can reduce the effort and energy consumed in daily activities

hes like 11-11.5% bf here, but i dont see the point in posting this, fast metabolism has no relevance here. and he kinda has to do this because hes 6'3 (unfrauded) and would look like a lanklet with untrained delts

At the very least it will age even natty lifters due to how shit the diet and sleep of most people are. Recovery is law and your body needs nutrients to repair itself. Imagine barely having enough even before lifting and then adding additional damage to repair.

the opposite, I do sports since 2 decades almost more or less regulary. most people that I know personally are also quite young looking for their age. Ofc you have to stay away from PEDs and drugs like alcohol, nicotine, the basic stuff.
 
gym does not age you unless you constantly over train, have bad nutrition and dont give your body time to recover.
