How can gym aged you ?sorry it’s healthyIt does but aging is mostly genetics and bones and anyways
Hypertrophy = stressHow can gym aged you ?sorry it’s healthy
But technically stress your body with gym.Fake news

Resistance training rejuvenates aging skin by reducing circulating inflammatory factors and enhancing dermal extracellular matrices - PubMed
Aerobic training (AT) is suggested to be an effective anti-aging strategy for skin aging. However, the respective effects of resistance training (RT) have not been studied. Therefore, we compared the effects of AT and RT on skin aging in a 16-week intervention in 61 healthy sedentary middle-aged...pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
So how to stay fit?Hypertrophy = stress
That's the whole point lol; your body responds to said stress by adapting to it and repairing your tissues to be stronger than beforeBut technically stress your body with gym.
Stress in general decreases lifespan. That's the whole point lol; your body responds to said stress by adapting to it and repairing your tissues to be stronger than before
It's controlled stress. as long as you're training with proper form and not lifting insane weights you won't age your limbs
Cardiovascular exercises place stress on your cardiovascular system, but your heart adapts to that stress by pumping blood more efficiently, hence the lower resting heart rate
Chronic stress, yes, acute stress derived from physical exercise, noStress in general decreases lifespan.
All forms of stress, not just chronic stress decrease lifespan.Chronic stress, yes, acute stress derived from physical exercise, no
everyone has different genetics. I worked out super hard even though my body told me to stop, even sometimes to the point of passing out. Honestly fuck walking out, just get a couple thousand daily steps and do some non stressful lifting. Calisthetics doesnt age me however, i would spam situps, pullups and pushups and be fine.If it is real then how can a body be healthy and toned?
But to increase your muscle mass you have to lift heavy weights lolThat's the whole point lol; your body responds to said stress by adapting to it and repairing your tissues to be stronger than before

Can you cite a study that showcases the negative effect of aerobic exercise on lifespanAll forms of stress, not just chronic stress decrease lifespan.
You could lift moderate weights and place emphasis on the eccentric motion and increase the rep rangeBut to increase your muscle mass you have to lift heavy weights lol
So what should you do? Light exercise?Any form of effort ages you, but you still need to make the minimum effort because otherwise you go to the other extreme, namely sedentarism. You can't stop aging, you can only slow it down or accelerate it through your actions
One is the gym to maintain/lose weight, and one is to gain weight
At the end of the day we are just monkeys, we are not supposed to look like gorillas, as that puts extra stress on the bones/joints/circulatory system, hence the need for more energy to be consumed, hence faster aging
Ideally, we would be as skinny-fit as possible, so that we weigh as little as possible, so that we can reduce the effort and energy consumed in daily activities
So what should you do? Light exercise?
What exercises this guy does in a day should be ok..
Why would you need a study when it only requires logic? You can't seem to think for yourself. Can you cite a study that showcases the negative effect of aerobic exercise on lifespan
I’m 31 now and I’m pretty sure it does. I’ve been through truly difficult times but I still look so young that it confuses people, part of it might be that I never worked out much in my 20s. Compare this to gymcels and even professional athletes, they all look older, sometimes much older.
This isn’t necessarily a bad thing though, in real life guys who look mature slay by far the most.
Because not everything one thinks tends to be correct, you could have faulty judgment; no one is infallibleWhy would you need a study when it only requires logic? You can't seem to think for yourself.
Adaptation can only occour when under a stressor. Thus stress ages the body.
Cardio increases troponin levels, which signifies heart damage. Reason why marathoners die early. That's the whole point lol; your body responds to said stress by adapting to it and repairing your tissues to be stronger than before

Your emotional outburst is further proof that you are completely ignorant.Because not everything one thinks tends to be correct, you could have faulty judgment; no one is infallible
There's always something to learn. if you think you have everything figured out, then you won't evolve
Couldn't have said it better. 29 but same experience.I’m 31 now and I’m pretty sure it does. I'd describe it as a reflection, not as an emotional outburstYour emotional outburst is further proof that you are completely ignorant.
eat your species appropirate diet (carnivore diet) I am anti gym still, not anti exercise tho anymore, things like functional patterns which are low stress functional movement based are helpful imoIf it is real then how can a body be healthy and toned?
If you abuse steroids maybe. Otherwise it is healthyIf it is real then how can a body be healthy and toned?
No, the body needs to do physical activity, so peeling is healthYes, it does. Especially if you use steroids but even if you don't it still ages you.
I recommend youtube channel called Goatis you can learn about dangers of gymcelling there.
What sport do you recommend I do for a healthy and attractive body at this point? Swimming? That's the whole point lol; your body responds to said stress by adapting to it and repairing your tissues to be stronger than before

all the studies say that going to the gym is healthy.seriously speaking tho you should aim for 40-50 min of exercise (not super high intensity tho) a week, not per day, a week.
when you start going at 120 min a week thats when you get a lot of negative effects, namely faster biological aging
but youre not going to be healthy going to the gym 4-5 times a week, us humans arent built to excert that amount of work and stress, not to mention the impact of cortisol, i saw a study here on .org a few months ago about how exercising when you wake up increases the baseline cortisol for the remainder of the dayall the studies say that going to the gym is healthy.
Without going to the gym, no. You will be toned, therefore unattractive.
Healthy body = muscles + lean ,muscles + lean = gymbut youre not going to be healthy going to the gym 4-5 times a week, us humans arent built to excert that amount of work and stress, not to mention the impact of cortisol, i saw a study here on .org a few months ago about how exercising when you wake up will increase the baseline cortisol for the rest of the day
what i said about 40-50 min a week is based on a different study and i think thats the best middle-ground
look at (non-steroid) gymgoers who have worked out for a few years, they almost always look older than their paper-age, and when you compare them to non-gymgoers (even people who does nothing but maybe play football once or twice a week) will look significantly younger than the multiple-year gymgoer
and you can do light calisthenics to tone yourself and your stomach, ive done this personally and never had to exert myself much
