2 variations are fine, the reason you alternate versions when you workout the same muscle group more than once a week is to prevent injury from overloading a muscle with the same exercise. with rest days in between, 2 variations are fine, if you were to do 4 different variations you'd be better of switching to a different workout plan so unless you're feeling pain or too much strain stick with 2.If I do FBOED do I do 4 different full body days or alternate between a and b so 2 full body days

Also because you have a rest in between every workout, you'd probably be fine even repeating the same thing every time for stuff like shoulders, forearms and calves
mark as solution

probably good for a fb split, I do upper/lower right now which makes me want to tell you to alternate excercises but since youre doing one set every 2 days its probably not that important and you wont get strained. You shouldn't overthink your training too much especially on roids, I would switch order like you're doing but I cant see myself starting with forearms. I'd rather alternate between the muscle groups I want to "focus" on. Youre 100% fine doing what you're doing thoughWhat do u think
I am on test btw
Here’s my split
Fb:
Pec dec
Lat pullover machine
Standing valve raise
Smith machine sdl
Incline curls
Lat pull-down so frontal plane
Machine shoulder press
Leg extension
Forearm curls
Adductor machine
Seated hamstring curl
One arm tricep extension cable
Tbar row
Abductor machine
Cable crunches
All one set to faliure 6-8 reps
I don’t repeat the same full body day every time, I do the same exercises but in different order so every muscle gets the same stimulus.
Every 3-4 months I will prob switch exercises
