Having a good physique/frame is obviously important but once u have ascended your face youll realize that the physique really doesnt do anything. I used to like working out but now its just this fuckass task that i have to complete

Have any of you had the same experience?

i mean you wont ascend by gym alone but i think its a good booster plus excercising in general will make u more healthy therefore prettyier not js by building your body. working out will boost your T (or js pin but then be okay with being bald and inferitile) lowers cortisol and mental health aswell. for that reason id say gym is not all cope

Same experience here. The manosphere made me think I was lazy. But the lazy dudes were right.
I improved my physique by a lot but girls don't care and I still get no IOIs.
Natty gymcelling is a scam but now I don't want to lose my gains so I still continue to go to the gym.

I don't exercise for half a year already because I moved cities to get a non slave job without physical stress (ageing)

How did you ascend your face? The only things you can do other than surgery are mild grooming changes such as clearing your skin and getting a haircut.

Gymmaxxing reduces your facial fat which makes your bone structure more defined. That makes a way bigger difference than any other softmaxes. You will also have the physique halo on top of that.

How is it a scam? You can achieve the ideal physique for female appeal naturally in 1.5 to 2 years as long as you’re consistent

Working out is only really beneficial if you have good genetics like clavicles and insertions if you don't have you only get a testosterone boost and gh boost but that's it

bro ive been working out for fucking 3yrs
I worked out with high intensity for years.
REsult? Zero definition without flexing, just obese looking arms, and most of year I am in clothes anyway, and my face aged (eye area especially)
So how exactly is gym beneficial for looks

When I say gymmaxxing I mean diet + a solid program. Without the diet you won’t make any progress gymmaxxing. when you do both you get muscular with a low body fat percent

Loose skin is caused by losing weight very quickly and you can get it surgically removed. It’s better to be in shape with loose skin than fat anyways

All of those are softmaxes. It’s way better to be muscular at 10% body fat than skinny at 10% body fat.

You don’t need roids unless you’re trying to become a bodybuilder. You can achieve the ideal physique for attracting women in 1.5-2 years naturally.

With roids you can do it in 6 months but the risks outweigh the benefits imo.

gym is just a good bonus to have on top of your appearance, don't gotta be a mass monster. Gym is only a little percent of looksmaxxing, it's not the most important. Nobody cares about muscle anymore. In 2025 you should just focus on having a lean-enough, aesthetic physique.

I really dont care about any of the "possible" sides. And even a little test boost allows me to get even leaner, the only visual downside is the possible bloat.

Loose skin is caused by losing weight very quickly and you can get it surgically removed. It’s better to be in shape with loose skin than fat anyways
Any weight fluctuation creates loose skin.
So to have none you need to be skinny forever.
If you are obese from muscles, your weight is always fluctuating, deflating and inflating skin.

It's better to develop self control to practice calorie deficit or use appetite suppressant (very helpful for people).

1. improve your neck development giving you a more masculine appearance and better posture

2. Cardio will improve your complexion and reduce bloating even more

3. Increase vascularity which is attractive to women

4. Give you a good frame (even in clothing)

One problem with a good physique is its harder to gauge your facial attractiveness when in public because obviously if you are gymmaxxed you don’t know if iois are mainly because of face or physique. If you are serious about making your face better, then the way people treat you, the amount of stares you get etc. are good markers to see where you sit on the scale

yh 2023-2024 i was getting called big and people complimented my size etc (100% of them were men) i had 0 female iois.
