Sore as a bitch rn, but biceps recovered I didnt train them yesterday, probably an arm day today I hit chest and back yesterday

lol so insight us how to fucking recover in less than 24 hrs? jfl I tried doing curls yesterday with my biceps and literally physically fucking couldnt i was gonna injure myself, i still hit back like a mfer, i will train back and chest today too just focusing on arms more today though

U actually do recover in 36 hours if ur training fulyl optimally

thats why every other day frequency is the best
