Gym is absolute PACKED now. Gymceling is more mainstream than shower theory

Gymcelling is cope if you're decent looking not to mention boring as hell. Not only are you wagecucking 8 hours per day, you're also spending the time going to the gym, working out then back home. This leaves you with zero free time for actually having fun or actual hobbies.

If you want to maintain some muscle mass just get some dumbells and shit and workout during lunch break. Ideally combine it with some other routine like browsing looksmax during breaks so you can be more productive and have the rest of the day to yourself.
You can build an aesthetic physique with only 2-3 hours a week at the gym.

Absolutely completely brutaly over for gymceling copers.
I stopped gymceling about 4 years ago and have just started going back for about a month now. And Holy shit the amount of coping guys I see now in the gym is atleast quadrupled.
And so many young tall zoomers. These niggas are like 6'3 lanklets with good hair and skin but they still gotta gymcel. Wtf is going on

Alot of zoomer cunts like myself have started gyming in the last few years because of Zyzz, Andrew Tate, Hamza etc etc. However, many of them have no clue what they're doing because all of their knowledge comes from Tiktok* or clickbait YouTubers, so only a few truly ascend.Overall more cunts then ever are working out, so you need something else on top to differentiate yourself (an interesting lifestyle works well)
*Note: heaps give up due to degenerate zoomer habits or shit attention spans

Being big will always get you a level of respect, but social hiearchys and groups establish status and pecking order over time and through many more things than just size.

Social skills and charisma is actually fucking huge, and the skinny guy whose good at befriending people then connecting them to other people he befriends is going to get 10x more respect than the anti social ogre. Being goodlooking with great style/image will also give you status because people will want to be seen with you/gain status just by being around you.

If you chase size just so you get more respect, don’t be surprised when you become the big but bloated and ugly dude who nobody starts shit with but simultaneously is lonely with little status because he’s also not attractive/cool

The ideal body is LEAN so your face looks good and you can actually dress well/look aesthetic in clothes. Then having enough muscle to look athletic which isn’t hard to do natty.

A lot of people also “feel” better and more confident lean, and that happiness radiates through when you interact with people which equals more friends and status
That’s pretty hard to do natty for most people in the street most guys who gym look DYEL the moment they put on a shirt that’s any bigger then a small

All I know, and do now. Is lay on a bench with my head sticking out. And put 5kg bumbell or plate on my face, and than move up down. I do it at all 4 positions: laying on side, back and belly.

I been training quit a bit lately, to get ride of mu skinny fat noodle body shape. Still a decent way to go.

Everyone goes to the gym now. But the vast majority have no idea what they’re doing. Lots of guys just do bench press and bicep curls then go home and eat twinkies.

That’s a good thing though…

After being in the same gym for a while I’ve noticed newcomers join and they look healthy nice jawline etc then over the next few months their jawline starts to disappear, bloated as f, and they just look tired with their monster cans everyday.

Gym is a looksmin for most people that do bulk/cut phases - you literally look like shit for months and for what? To add a few lbs of muscles? 👏

Once they reach their goal of a shitty amount of muscle 1) it still won’t be enough for them so they will keep going with their bulks 2) they’re old and out of their prime.
