Guys obsess over the gym to appear superior to other MEN is the first thing you should realize. To be solid, formidable, and achieve a look that resonates more TO MEN than it does women.

NOT to be more attractive to women necessarily - though sometimes there's carryover value, yes. Some shoulders+arms, abs/back help, but ultimately guys work out to MOG OTHER MEN.
