put being lean ahead of building more muscle. NEVER bulk and always stay at 10% bodyfat and cut down AGGRESSIVELY (try to minimize muscle loss but wtv) before u even think abt lifting weights...

skinnyfat doesnt exist retard its just being fat :ROFLMAO: you can cut to 10% at anytime obv you'll look skinny and anorexic but you can just lean bulk from that point forward

Never bulking is cringe. I thought the Olly Murs discourse settled this? Plenty of women like men with higher, but healthy body fat percentages.
