Redpill is most gymcels/roidcels because their whole focus on it is to dramatically or significantly alter their results, QOL, etc. from lifting metal.

Blackpillers know it's about scapulapill, frame, etc. So it's fundamentally a REDPILLED concept to seriously believe and enjoy the gym as you must believe it makes a significant difference to an otherwise limited set of circumstances, whereas a blackpiller knowing it's over wouldn't seriously bother at all. The guys who "bothered" and "ascended" either knew it was worth it, or probably got lucky given their base.

It's also laughable imagining some massive framed, 6 PSL guy at 6'2" telling you that "it's all about gym" when he already had a phenomenal base to start with/gym optional-esque. So it's to be taken with a grain of salt UNLESS you too are sporting a good base as well.

As if framecel, scrawny, non-tall, sub 5 type guys are gonna benefit from the gym when it comes to life overall, sure. Gym is REDPILL, not BLACK surely. A blackpilled person who knows it's over for them would know it's mostly a cope/waste, it won't ascend their boneless, shitty looks, but redpill believe somehow it will make a BIG DENT in their life -- it is worth it. So the difference is a blackpilled person would know ahead of time if it's a waste based on looks factors while the redpiller usually doesn't think/analyze and just goes about with gymcelling/roidcelling hoping for the best, almost akin to bluepill when you think about it. It's like, "If I do hard, good will come," but blackpill isn't about hope but REALITY.

Redpill:

"I can and WILL improve from this workout." *ignoring/not seriously considering factors like frame, face, height, genes, etc.*

Redpill go in EXPECTING results & not CONSIDERING or THINKING OVER whether said thing really makes a difference.

Blackpill:

"I will make a possible difference with this maybe if I have a good base/genes, otherwise the difference is mostly negligible."

Blackpill study & KNOW usually the extent something is going to help them given their genetics, base, etc. & work around that.

just because you workout doesn’t mean you’re obsessed with doing it, you can do a 3 day a week lifting split with minimal shit that targets your shoulders and upper back and one excercise for everything else like incline dumbell bench, squats, curls and Tricep extensions and you’ll look good and feel good. Throw in cardio the other 3 or 4 days to stay lean and have endurance for fucking and keeping your heart healthy. Retards like you completely dismiss it when you can take an hour out of your pathetic life to at least TRY for a v taper you fucking idiot

A good physique honestly requires a good base and muscle insertions. Most normies have dirt tier bodies and gymcelling wouldn’t really do much if they have dirt frame. Sure they’ll have some muscle and a 4 pack but that’s nothing compared to a HTN/Chadlite face lol (their competition).

Also if ur a MTN-HTN you need good genetics in order to have a physique that HALOS you, not simple run-of-the-mill ottermode physique, an SMV physique (because ur not carried by face).
