What's the minimum amount of time a week to spend in the gym to retain your gymcelled body ?

For any of you gymcels who got to something like 20/21 ffmi at </= 10% bf, what's the least you need to not lose size ?

Gym is a fucking chore

If you’re natty longer the better
More volume =‘more gains over time
 
4 days training and good food
 
Maintin 6 sets per muscles per weeks and you Will be alright keeping your gains
