Gym makes you uglier

Ever since i started going to the gym consistently again 6x a week, ive descended, noticed im carrying more bloat in the ace, more acne, overall a more cortisol face

Is there a way to cure this, or will it get better as time goes on?

Do what high paid models and actors do ,stick to cardio ,light weight with many reps
Def going and try to be the strongest dude in the gym will make you a gymcel sub5

Why not do FBEOD 3x, that way you wont have to worry about fatigue

you train 6 days a week what the fuck do you expect ? shorten it down to 3 days follow a simple split like push pull legs and train for max 1-1.5 hours
