Little bit ascended by training neck (there's less skin under jaw and I see it clearly)+ bonesmashing jaw ( bonesmashing is fucking blessing Idk but I see already the results u will ofc say thats I'm delusional)

What I'm planning to

-Make eyebrows bigger and more sick
-buy something for lips to make them at least little bit bigger
-keep training orbital muscles
-keep smashing jaw
-keep training neck

And ofc healthy lifestyle and other basics

About smashing I smash until it starts like really hurts (not until just unpleasant feel) like I try to make hits that will be a little close to real ones in a fight (ofc not that much hard cause thats very hard )
