ive been sleeping for 4-6 hours the last 2-3 days cuz of exams and the weird timings, how do i decrease the effect of sleep deprivation when i lift (need immediate fixes)

theres not really much you could do other than abuse stimulents, get more sleep, or improve sleep quality

Spend $600-$700 and invest in a small home gym. You can do your lifts over the course of a day, much easier

no immediate fixes exist
caffeine, modafnil, dexies and other stims for a short term fix
improving sleep quality for a long term fix
