Ill stop at 18% bf , then go on a cut until im 14%bf

Well im 180.5cm in the morning barefoot (last checked 2 3 weeks ago?) And im 63kg in the morning with an empty stomach
And idrk my bf , a few guys said 16%

A normal looking 180 cm man at 16% bf is usually 70–75 kg
