As someone who is trying to lose fat yet gain muscle as a teen (16) what should I do during summer to maximize that?
 
As someone who is trying to lose fat yet gain muscle as a teen (16) what should I do during summer to maximize that?
Calorie deficit, and try and hit every muscle group 2x a week with proper rest.
