Is it possible to eat around 1 meal a day while maintaing a lean physic and still gain muscule if u get enough protein in your body.

Example

2 protein shakes
1 random meal
 
you are not going to make a lot of muscles if you are lean, you need to either bulk or be 20+ body fat. Most lean ppl in my gym look the same as they used to look like years ago
