So this has been annoying be bad bro soo like everywhere they say go 2x failure for like 6-8reps right but i try to do that so imagine like latpulldowns i do like 30kgs good form for like 12reps but then i increase the weight to like 36kgs i can barely do like 4reps so how do i even bump up the weight so i can do 6-8reps like the lower weight is a bit easy but the next one is too hard so what should i do
