Consider testosterone if you want serious gym gains. Natty lifting is a meme for pretty much everyone

there is some progress but its underwhelming for 6 months tbh, do you train at least 3 times a week and lift heavy + eat a high protein diet ?

you should have more progress homie try going with a gym partner next time

Yeah atleast twice push and pull but the first 2 months i bulked too much so i cutted back than and now i am one month bulking again i think i fucked myself because i cutted

well they're gonna see your chest too in the summer, even smaller yet visible chest is super aesthetic

huge difference especially in the shoulders and arms
also you shouldn't bulk right after you dieted down, your muscles are literally sponge and its easy to build them
back to what they were before, after 2 months you should start lean bulking though

I am inclined to believing you may not being using the right form and/or squeezing enough. As all your gains seems to be going to your arms.

When you're training chest are you mostly using your chest or mostly using your triceps would you say?
