I am somewhat experienced lifter, I outlift almost every roidhead in my gym while being natty, thats is pretty good atleast in my opinion jfl 
I am rn starting my 20 week long cycle that consists of
300mg testosteron enathate weekly split into 2 injections of 150mg every thursday and sunday
750iu of hcg weekly split into 3 injections every thursday, saturday and monday
Anastrozole starting with 0,4mg weekly split into 2 doses every friday and monday (1 day after test injection)
50mg anavar ED for last 8 weeks of cycle
And lastly gh secretagogues I chose mk677 because from my past experience its insane for recovery
I will dose it 10mg ED 1h before sleep
For pct I will do 4 weeks of enclomiphene 6,5mg followed by 3 weeks of enclomiphene 4,5mg
Training split:
5-6 day a week PPL/PPS
I will switch between these two
Push pull legs rest Push pull skip
Push pull legs push pull skip push
That way I train legs once a week (its enough for me) and I get insane upper body with more than enough mechanical tension build up and I can easily recover while progress by a ton.
When I go to gym I switch between exercises by muscle group that way my first muscle group recovers while i hit second and then third back to first for exampke push day I hit chest then triceps then shoulders then back to chest
Im just gonna give example of one push day because im fucking lazy to write here my whole gym protocol but its science based as fuck thats why I physique mog almost all niggers on here
Push day (chest, triceps, shoulders)
Chest #1 peck deck
Tri #1 tri pushdowns
Shoulders #1 seated dumbell press
Chest #2 tnf press (upper chest)
Tri #2 tri seated overhead pull
Shoulders #2 cable lateral raises
Chest #3 dumbell press
