Im a YOUNG teen and I want to stay healthy and support my growth during puberty. Currently, I have a dumbbell, a bench setup, some plates, and a bar. What routine should I do?

Pull ups is enough to grow your back and frame to look good and most importantly don't overtrain, recover well, eat well, sleep well, that's all you need

Should I consider starting heavy weight lifting? I have almost a year of training, and recently, I've been doing a lot of push-ups, some sit-ups, and pull-ups.

Fullbody every other day

So, should I completely cut off heavy weight training and just stick to pull-ups?

Just listen to your body, I mean there is no need to exhaust yourself with training every day like some gymcels do
