i am 13 this is what i do

Push

Incline Bench
Cable Flyes
Dumbbell Shoulder Press
Lateral Raises
Tricep Dips
Tricep Pushdowns

Pull

Sumo Deadlift
Lat Pulldowns or Pull ups
Close Grip Lat Pull downs
Seated Cable rows
Hammer Curls
Bicep Curls

Legs

Barbell Squat
Bulgarian Split squat ( I dont have leg press or leg extension)
Hamstring Extensions
Romanian Deadlifts
Calf Raises

i just recommend just searching up david laid's PPL routine. Or just watch his videos and look at the excercises you like
