Best split for aesthetics?
Been lifting on and off. Nothing crazy.
Goal isn’t strength, just want to look better:
Bigger delts
Upper chest
Traps
Smaller waist / V taper
I’m 6’0 trying to maximize frame.
What split is best?
Also how often should I hit side delts?
Is neck training worth it?

But yeah 2x frequency minimum makes sense. I’m thinking UL just for recovery Full body EOD seems solid too though.
