Gym split advice

Best split for aesthetics?

Been lifting on and off. Nothing crazy.

Goal isn’t strength, just want to look better:

Bigger delts
Upper chest
Traps
Smaller waist / V taper

I’m 6’0 trying to maximize frame.

What split is best?

Also how often should I hit side delts?

Is neck training worth it?

no split is better than the other, i myself do upper lower

hit side delts 2 to 3 times a week

yes neck training is worth it

full body 3 times a week 1 set 4-6 reps, 0-2 rir
lat pulldown and lateral raise

i will try to train my neck but wont it cause sleep apnea? i swear i heard this or is it complete cope anyways, thanks.

In all seriousness tho hit at least 2x frequency and manage fatigue.

no wont cause sleep apnea unless you are morbidly obese

its just misinformation

Genetics daily undefeated😭 But yeah 2x frequency minimum makes sense. I’m thinking UL just for recovery Full body EOD seems solid too though.

Which one is better long term without frying CNS?

I used to do U/L and switched to full body recently

As long as you manage fatigue properly you won't have issues w CNS doing either split.

Comes down to preference, I go M, W, F FB and that works great for me, I like having weekends off and I still get 3x frequency.

any split with 2 differnt days like upper lower, push fb pull fb etc, or FBEOD, but your split or like almost everything in the gym is highly individuel
