2. Leg press

3. Bulgarian split squat

4. Romanian deadlift

5. Leg extension

6. Machine calf raises

7. Cable crunches / leg raises / incline sit-ups

8. Back extension / hyp
erextension

Upper
Bench press

2. Incline bench (or rotate with dips)

3. Seated cable row

3.1 T bar

4. Pull-ups

5. Machine shoulder press

6. Lateral raises ✅ (added)

7. Preacher curls

8. Tricep pushdown

9. Face pulls / rear delt fly ✅ (added)

10. Hammer curls (optional)

11. Cable crunches

12. Lower back (light)

Is this good am doing upper lower rest repeat pls if anyone got sm to edit or if I should change the whole split pls tell me

Might be too many excercises depending on how many sets you do

And split it into 2 lower and 2 upper sessions
