Trying to maxed out the Tshape:

1. Chest, core (not side core)
2. Back, Neck, rear delts
3. Side /front shoulders, Bicep, Tricep
4. Rest day
5. Repeat

Fuck legs, makes your dick small and T shape moggs X shape
Wdyt, lmk what I should change.

twink split train legs trust, i used to only train upper and then my upper got to big and made my legs look like twigs, just train each muscle group 2x a week and you’ll be good:Comfy:
