Gym split help

I was looking at this Dorian Saraci video and for the full body eod, should i be alternating workouts or keep the sames ones? And since it’s only 1x set per workout, wouldn’t that not be optimal for muscle growth? Please let me know give me any suggestions. I was also referred to this video by many people and say it’s the best split.
