I've been working out for a little while and experimented with different splits. Does anybody have any suggestions?
Currently my splits look like this
Chest bicep, side delt.
Back tricep front delts
Legs core, rear delts.
I've also tried fbeod but I just don't really like it too much, I'm still open to it though.
 
6, but it depends. Some days I might not be home and what not so I guess 3-5 is more realistic.
switch it up then if u can't always hit 2x frequency

it's good and personally i like it it's my fav split if u got 5 days a week to train but u gotta hit all 5 days for it

absolutely, its easy 2x frequency and is optimal for upper body gains and balanced lower

Yeah I can fit 5 days in anytime, when do you suggest i schedule my rest day/days?
 
To be honest I love full body and I am willing to go for it for at least one year

I don't feel destroyed after the training
I don't skip leg day cause I hate it
My imune system don't go down cause I went to hard
I can work and live better without constant pain by killing one muscle
I can sleep better cause of pain as well

I don't like to destroy a single muscle, as a natural I don't recover that fast, I always feel like shit doing PPL
