currently doing a split sort of like PPLUL

day 1:
chest,triceps,shoulders

day 2:
back,rear delt, biceps

day 3:
legs,delts and abs

day 4:
rest

day 5:
chest and back

day 6:
arms+shoulders

day 7:
legs and delts

day 8:
rest

this seems to be working better than my previous PPL split as I've seen more progress, some people say it's over training some people say it's fine what are your guys opinions (considering I also do martial arts 4x a week)
 
i didnt know the week had 8 days

Just do full on UL at that point

Or be an alpha and do FBEOD

in which dimension you live with 8 day week

do a split with less days unless u don't have more than like 50m a session, especially since u are already fatigued by martial arts i'd say 2-4 days depends on how u can recover i suppose u aren't roided tho

do 3x frequency, UL, Fbeod, A/P. Optimal more muscle growth
