currently doing a split sort of like PPLUL
day 1:
chest,triceps,shoulders
day 2:
back,rear delt, biceps
day 3:
legs,delts and abs
day 4:
rest
day 5:
chest and back
day 6:
arms+shoulders
day 7:
legs and delts
day 8:
rest
this seems to be working better than my previous PPL split as I've seen more progress, some people say it's over training some people say it's fine what are your guys opinions (considering I also do martial arts 4x a week)
