Tues - Chest and shoulders
Wed - Legs
Thurs- Back + bi’s
Fri - Chest and shoulders
Sat - Home ab workouts

Where are triceps lol
Wouldn’t that not be joint with chest and shoulders? I train them on those days and when I even work chest alone I can feel my tri’s being worked on
