Can someone give me a good split with 3-5 times a week and minimal legs training
 
Upper lower upper rest repeat, it’s 3.5x upper body frequency with 2x leg frequency

just workout consistently bro

splits and allat are a waste of time imo

push pull legs upper lower most optimal split imo just a little tricky to program
