ive been doing UL PP for like a month and i think that upper day fatigues me so much and i cant do normal weight for the last 2-3 excersises, should i switch back to PPLPP

Push Pull, Push Pull, Push Pull. Just keep doing that with no rest days. Easy 3.5x frequency a week. Will blow you up.

i wouldn't care about legs, legs will grow proportionally to your upper body as long as you add on weight. If it doesn't, build your upper body then just do legs 3-4x a week to catch up to upper.

thats so stupid, why would i not rest, rest days give you more gains than going to the gym, you need recovery for more muscle growth

thats a cope. Muscles are built by mechanical tension. Your muscles get repaired during sleep like 90% of and its fully repaired within 25 hours. Rest days do not put mechanical tension on your muscles in order to make them grow. Keep doing push pull.

remove legs and rest days. Do push pull, rinse and repeat. You don't need rest days brother. You are not an ifbb pro with 250 pounds of muscles.

i basically am, like 249 pounds of pure muscle, every study ive seen is rest days improving muscle mass by about 30% than not doing it

Okay if you are 249 pounds of pure muscles than I have to admit you are bigger than me and I think you probably know better. I will cease my argument.
