So i will go on a bulk to june 3000 calories daily and 4 days training a week. I will train abs 3 times a week i did a dexa scan 1 day ago and i had 13% bodyfat but still no abs that shows how little muscle i have.
I will train only with taking 5g creatine daily so natural.
This is my base, i would like to build a better v taper and im wondering if that is possible for my genetics, i will update yall every month on my progress.
