Bench press 75kg for 12 reps 3 sets
Overhead press 80kg 4 reps 3 sets
Squat 195kg 2 reps
Havent measured my 1RPM in any exercise though..

Biceps dumbbell curl 30kg each hand for 12 reps 4 sets

Lateral raises 20kg each hand for 8 reps for 4 sets
 
Why is your bench so weak compared to OHP and squats ?

Especially Squats.

Especially Squats.
I mainly do squats and tríceps and bíceps ive never tried increasing my bench press and never tried my 1RM
