Gym stats
Bench press 75kg for 12 reps 3 sets
Overhead press 80kg 4 reps 3 sets
Squat 195kg 2 reps
Havent measured my 1RM in any exercise though.
Biceps dumbbell curl 30kg each hand for 12 reps 4 sets
Lateral raises 20kg each hand for 8 reps for 4 sets
These are my stats after 1 years of lifting naturally..
